Role Overview
We are looking for an educator who enjoys innovation and differentiation, and who supports high‑tariff and vulnerable students to achieve pupil progress.
Responsibilities
- Use a clear, consistent and relational approach to working with high‑tariff and vulnerable students.
- Drive pupil progress and raise standards in behaviour, attendance and academic progress.
- Support a vision for obtaining the best outcomes for our students.
