Overview

Band 2E, circa £27,449 per annum, plus benefits. An opportunity has arisen within Property Services for an Administrative Support Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact between staff of internal departments and external contractors.
  • Manage reception duties, post room, financial tasks and report filing.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes when required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Administration/Customer Services or proven experience in a similar environment.
  • IT literate with experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to manipulate data from a variety of sources.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and provide support and assistance as required.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
