We’re looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. No previous recruitment experience is required – we’ll provide all the training and support you need to build a successful career within the recruitment industry.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Source and attract talented candidates for a variety of vacancies
- Match candidates with suitable job opportunities
- Manage the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placement
- Develop business relationships and identify new opportunities
- Use recruitment technology, databases, Microsoft Word and Excel to manage information effectively
- Recruitment is a people-focused career, so if you enjoy talking to others, building relationships, and delivering excellent customer service, you’ll be right at home. You’ll spend your days speaking with candidates and clients, learning about different industries and helping businesses find the talent they need to grow.
- Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you’ll receive ongoing training, mentoring and development opportunities. Many of our most successful consultants and managers began their careers in trainee positions, and we’re passionate about promoting from within.

- A positive and proactive attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence speaking with people over the phone and in person
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
