DT Teacher (KS4) – Full-Time Long-Term | South Birmingham (Hall Green)
£170-£220 per day (DOE) Immediate Start
A secondary school in South Birmingham is looking for a Design Technology Teacher with KS4 experience to join them on a full-time, long-term basis.
This role is expected to continue until July 2026, with the possibility of extension.
The Role:
- Teaching DT across KS3 and KS4
- Full‑time timetable, Monday to Friday
- Planning and marking required
- Potential form group responsibilities
- May involve duties before school, break, lunch, or after school
- Attendance at parents evenings may be required
- Ad hoc lesson cover and departmental support where needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- QTS or ECT welcome
- Strong DT subject knowledge with KS4 teaching experience
- Confident classroom and behaviour management
- Reliable, organised, and able to work within a busy department
