Salary: £16.00‑£20.00 per hour

Hourly Pay Rate: £16.00 to £20.00 per hour

About the Role

• Being flexible and responsive to the needs of each event
• Working as part of a kitchen brigade for major events and match days
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Following set menus, portion control, and service guidelines
• Preparing and cooking food for large crowds in fast‑paced environments

Requirements

• Proven experience in large‑scale catering, stadia, or events
• Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented attitude
• Own chef whites, knives, and safety shoes
• Ability to travel to various venues across Birmingham and the West Midlands
• Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergy Awareness (can be provided)
• Minimum 3 years as a CDP or above
