- Dedication to achieving goals, targets and to obtaining a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
- Self‑motivated and willing to act on feedback, staying positive when faced with challenges.

- Team player who engages and collaborates with customers and colleagues.
- Organised, takes pride in work and communicates effectively.
- Grade 9 – 4 GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths.
- Able to work a varied shift pattern each week in line with shop opening and closing times; includes weekends, bank holidays, and evening shifts at busier stores.
