Multi Trade Operative – Merton

Job Overview

Salary: £34,359 – £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime.

Location: Merton & Kingston.

Hours: 40 hours per week. Contract Type: Permanent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first‑class service to properties covering Merton, Kingston and surrounding areas.
• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across specialist and secondary trades.
• Complete all works efficiently and within required deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple trades: carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring.
• Good customer‑care skills.
• Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use only).
• Eligible to work in the UK and resident in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

Requirements

• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
• Company reserves the right to close the advert early.
