Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm and early finish on Fridays

Role Overview
You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young adults undertaking Level 1 Study Programme Bricklaying and Groundworks qualifications in our training facility in Gateshead.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of the Level 1 Bricklaying study programme qualifications.
- Provide hands‑on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
- Train apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
- Work in a rewarding, self‑motivated team environment that values a hands‑on approach.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant occupational experience within Bricklaying or Groundworks.
- Level 2 or above related qualification.
- Good communication skills, enthusiasm to work with young people, and basic IT skills.
- Subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.
