Sport HLTA

Simply Education is working in partnership with a primary school in Northamptonshire to recruit an enthusiastic Sports HLTA for a permanent position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and energetic practitioner to inspire pupils through PE, sport and physical activity whilst supporting teaching and learning across the school.

The Role:

Full-time, permanent HLTA position

• Delivering high-quality PE and sports provision
• Leading learning activities for individuals, groups and whole classes
• Supporting teachers with planning, preparation and assessment
• Promoting positive wellbeing, teamwork and participation
• Helping to raise standards across the curriculum

The Ideal Candidate:

HLTA qualification or relevant experience

• Passion for sport, health and physical education
• Experience working with primary-aged children
• Confident leading groups and whole-class activities
• Positive, proactive and flexible approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
