Chefs Needed – Cambridge

Location: Cambridge & surrounding areas.

Pay: £17.00 to £21.00 per hour depending on experience.

Flexible working hours. Blue Arrow is recruiting experienced chefs of all levels to support a range of clients including restaurants, contract catering sites, schools, care homes, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high‑quality dishes
• Managing your own section or assisting within a busy kitchen brigade
• Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
• Supporting with menu preparation and stock control
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a chef (CDP level and above preferred, but all levels considered)
• A passion for food and high standards
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• DBS check required for some roles (Blue Arrow can process this if you do not have one)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
