Job Description:
We are recruiting a Concierge Support Worker to join our team across our Emergency Housing sites, including Cotton Hill House, The Tannery, and additional locations as required.
Responsibilities
- Work alone to provide a safe, supportive, and well‑managed environment for residents accessing emergency accommodation.
- Perform shifts both day (6am-6pm) and night (6pm-6am) on a rota basis across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Operate additional twilight hours (11pm-6am) with extra pay.
