Birmingham | Hybrid | £50,000 – £65,000

This is a full-time position based at our Birmingham office, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, acting for both landlords and tenants.
• Boundary and neighbour disputes.
• A broad range of property-related contentious matters.
• TOLATA claims.
• Professional negligence claims arising from property transactions and advice.
• Support the wider Commercial Litigation team on general dispute resolution matters where required.

Skills and Experience

• Strong technical knowledge across property litigation matters.
• Experience using case management systems and standard office software, including Word, Excel and PDF-based applications.
• Advocacy experience and confidence representing clients where appropriate.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and managing client expectations professionally.
• An interest in business development and contributing to the continued growth of the firm’s litigation practice.
• The ability to build upon the team’s established reputation and maintain high standards of service delivery.
