Youth Worker

Job Summary

Reporting to the Lead Youth Worker, you will help deliver a combination of centre-based and outreach youth work in line with the Airplay Theory of Change and the YMCA Youth Work Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver centre-based and outreach youth work in line with the Airplay Theory of Change and the YMCA Youth Work Strategy.
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development.
• Support holiday programmes with flexible hours during school holidays.
• Work evenings and weekends as required.
• Collaborate with a supportive and inclusive team.
