 As an OperationsAssistant based in Warrington you’llbe responsiblefor:  

  • Providing a highlevel of customer service by supplying the correctmaterials.
  • Checking Goods-in are correctlydelivered against delivery notes and goods are booked in on theWolseley System, then put away accurately andsafely.
  • Accurately pick and label goods bookedout to customers and other branches using Wolseley System, ensuringall relevant paperwork iscompleted.
  • Maintaining standards ofhousekeeping and adhere to health and safety guidelines, includingmanual handling techniques, use of loading equipment andPPE.
  • This role may be required to deputise forthe Operations Supervisor or Manager asrequired. 

This is a full-time,permanent role working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday between7.00am – 5pm

  • Excellentcommunication skills and strong attention todetail
  • Transport and logisticsknowledge
  • Good literacy & numeracyskills
  • Frequent high intensity activityexperience
  • FLT licence would be an advantagebut not essential
