Business Director or Client Services Director – Freelance / Fixed Term Contract to Perm

Business Director or Client Services Director Freelance or FTC to start with, then move to Permanent We have a great opportunity for a Business Director or Client Services Director, you must have excellent B2B experience for this one. The role will start off as a freelance or fixed term contract, with a view to move to permanent. Ideally looking for someone to start asap, but we can wait a few weeks if you’re currently in a contract. Long-term they are looking for a perm leader to join the business, but they’re keen to bring someone in on a freelance basis. It will be an opportuity for all parties to test each other out. Earlier this year we helped them find a fantastic Head of Strategy, and together with the Managing Director they’ve become a fantastic team. They’ve grown existing clients, and won pitches, and they now need some senior support to come in and help to drive these new client wins forwards. You’ll work across a couple of clients, with an objective to service exisiting briefs, but also unearth new ones! We need a leader who has a growth mindset, someone who loves working with clients and can expand the scopes and remit. There’s a lot of opportunities within these clients and we’re looking for a natural leader who can help to service these projects and drive them forwards but also open new doors. The agency lead across brand strategy, help with product launches and then create creative assets, they’re integrated accounts and campaigns run across all channels, so we need someone who can think creatively and strategically and lead clients.
