Click here to read about Colleague Networks – internal groups where colleagues and their allies can share their own experiences, offer feedback on the way we do things at Greggs, and provide support to one another About the role This is a full-time roleWe know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their roleThis is a field based role covering East Yorkshire including Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Hull and York What you’ll do Support the delivery of the national Learning & Development planMonitor completion rates of Core Programmes and use of training hours- communicating exceptions with RetailCommunicate non- completion of training to the relevant individuals enabling improvement Support shop management and their teams to develop operational skills and knowledgeWork together with Area Manager to ensure all training is on track, develop action plans and review progressDevelop and deliver both face to face and virtual development sessionsParticipate in the development of L&D interventions and support Retail InitiativesTake responsibility to ensure problems are solved efficiently and effectively for my Customers About you You will fit right into this role if you:Have clear communication and presentation skills adapting your style to maximise understanding and impactDemonstrates a passion for Greggs and delivering Brand Standards through all interventionsAbility to build relationships and communicate effectively so your Customers know how you can support themBuilds trust through honesty, integrity and reliability ensuring your Customers feel confident in your abilityKeeps up to date with your Customers evolving needs and strive to exceed their expectationsSelf-motivated, strong skills in planning and organised, with good attention to detail, and self-driven- you’ll work remotely and be comfortable planning your own diaryBe committed to your ongoing learning and development, and are ready to work alongside some great people and have lots of fun on your Greggs journey!Attended Career Pathways Aspiring Leaders (desirable)Full driving license (essential) as will involve travelHave advanced IT skills including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and TeamsAre supportive of an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is good About Greggs Here at Greggs, we love what we do, and we have fun!
