What You Will Do

• Provide expert diabetic nursing care and management to patients within the acute wards
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on diabetes management and lifestyle adjustments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans
