Responsibilities

• Test and inspect electrical installations in domestic properties in accordance with the 17th IEE wiring regulations as amended from time to time (“the regulations”).
• Maintain and repair electrical installations in accordance with the Regulations, replace circuits and consumer units indulging the full rewiring of properties.
