They’re looking for a Principal Tech Team Lead to help shape the future of their Front End engineering organisation as they enter their next phase of growth.
This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of technical leadership, people leadership, Front End architecture, and AI-driven engineering.
You’ll lead and develop Front End Team Leads, drive architectural consistency across multiple squads, and play a key role in defining engineering standards as the organisation continues to scale.
The role remains technically involved, with responsibility for architectural decision‑making across a modern React and TypeScript environment.
A particularly exciting aspect of the position is the company’s investment in AI‑assisted software development. They’re already leveraging tools such as Cursor and Claude and are looking for someone to help define how AI is embedded into engineering workflows and best practices across the wider organisation.
