Job Description:
Computappoint is seeking an experienced ITSM professional to lead the modernisation of the Ivanti ITSM platform in Central London. You’ll oversee improvements, design a self-service portal, and manage core modules while aligning with ITIL best practices.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with Ivanti ITSM, along with strong configuration and integration skills. This position is for an initial 6-month contract with a rate of up to £600/day.
