Design Manager – London City – Resi Project – Irish Main Contractor

We are hiring a Design Manager to join a high‑profile high density residential development in the London City for an Irish main contractor. You will be working with one of the leading main contractors across Ireland & the UK on a long‑term project with strong visibility and impact.

What we are looking for

• Relevant 3rd level qualification
• 5+ years’ previous experience in a similar position
• Previous Developer or Main Contractor experience would be beneficial
• Experience across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including new build and retrofit, is an advantage
• Strong understanding of the construction industry
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
