Global Employment Counsel (Financial Services) – Hybrid

Rutherford is searching for an experienced Employment Counsel to support its global operations from the London HQ. This role involves managing a global employment mandate and implementing new frameworks in response to regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have 6-12 PQE in employment law, a proven track record of working with Financial Services clients, and the capacity to manage external counsel. The position offers a hybrid working policy with flexibility.
