Weightmans is seeking an experienced Health & Safety partner or a Senior Associate to join our London offering.
This is a growth hire for an individual with an established client following, ideally advising large corporates on contentious and advisory health & safety matters.

You will play an instrumental role in developing our Health & Safety practice in London, building client relationships, collaborating with colleagues nationally, and contributing to strategic growth across the wider firm.
What you’ll do
- Lead and grow client relationships, with a focus on large corporate instructions and panel work.
- Deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice across the Health & Safety / regulatory landscape.
- Collaborate with teams across the UK and support cross‑selling opportunities.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and support to develop talent and future leaders.
About you
We are open to engaging with lawyers at Senior Associate or Partner level, including those ready for partnership or already operating at partner level. Exceptional candidates with the right expertise and potential will also be considered.
- Senior Health & Safety specialist with strong market credibility and a demonstrable following.
- Confident leading matters, winning work, and strengthening long‑term client partnerships.
- Collaborative approach and appetite to build a London practice with national backing.
