The Job: Finance Recruitment Consultant

• Become a Recruitment Consultant within the financial services, becoming a specialist for a specific space
• Headhunt and consult clients on their hiring plans
• Source new candidates via cold calling, networking and advertising
• Organise interviews and manage the process
• Place your candidate and get commission!

• 28k base salary + 35% commission structure
• Promotion within 6 months
