The Role
- Recruiting SEND teachers, teaching assistants and support staff
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from interview to placement
- Developing existing accounts and maximising opportunities
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensuring safeguarding and compliance standards are maintained
About You
- Previous recruitment experience
- Passionate about building strong relationships
- Target-driven and commercially aware
- Organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- An interest in the SEND sector and supporting schools and young people
