Sales Negotiator Property Buying £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £75,000+) MondayFriday | 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

About the Role

Were looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join a busy property buying team, helping homeowners across the UK achieve fast, hassle-free sales.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales background looking to break into the property sector. You dont need direct property buying experience full training will be provided but you must be confident managing conversations, negotiating, and driving deals through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Following up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns Managing inbound enquiries from homeowners Explaining the buying process clearly and confidently Building trust and rapport with vendors Negotiating offers and agreeing terms Managing deals from initial enquiry through to completion Keeping accurate records of leads and ongoing transactions

Proven experience in a sales or target-driven environment Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident handling objections and closing deals Highly organised with attention to detail Self-motivated, proactive, and results-focused Interest in developing a career within property
