Unqualified SENCo Position
Qualiteach is looking for an Unqualified SENCo to join a specialist SLD school in the London Borough of Hillingdon on a full‑time basis.
As an Unqualified SENCo, you will support the coordination of SEND provision across the school, liaise with staff, parents and external agencies, and assist with EHCP reviews and annual reviews. You will have previous experience working within a SEN setting and a strong understanding of supporting pupils with severe learning difficulties and additional needs.
Requirements
- Experience supporting pupils with severe learning difficulties and complex needs.
- Strong knowledge of SEN provision and EHCP processes.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with staff, parents and external agencies.

The school is a specialist SEN school that caters for pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Autism, Complex Needs and associated learning difficulties. It has a supportive leadership team, excellent facilities and is easily accessible via public transport, with parking available on site.
