Food Production Operative

Shifts: 3 shift rotation (6 am till 2 pm, 2 pm till 10 pm and 10 pm till 6 am) OR 4 on 4 off (6 am till 6 pm and 6 pm till 6 am)

Salary: £25,647 (3 shift rotation) OR £26,876.87 (4 on 4 off)

Key Responsibilities

• Follow SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Producing the required product to our high standards
• Attention to detail when data inputting
• Maintaining a clean production environment
• Ensuring that the production lines operate efficiently
• Comply with food safety standards, quality, and legality always.

What we are looking for

• Good literacy, numeracy skills
• A reliable, enthusiastic team player.
• Good communication skills and an open, honest approach.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage individual workload.
• Display a positive work ethic and can‑do attitude.
• Attention to detail, and flexible in duties.
• A proven attendance and timekeeping record.
• Desirable previous experience in a factory environment. Further training will be provided.
