Assistant Caretaker

Stanley School is seeking to appoint a permanent part time Assistanct Caretaker to support the Caretaker and site team in their daily duties, including cleaning, general maintenance and school security and compliance.

We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastice, conscientious, proactive and self-motivated would would like a ke role in maintaining and developing our school.

This is a 52 week contract and the house of work during term time are 2.30pm to 7.30pm.

Some flexibility of the working pattern will be required during the school holidays.

Annual leave is dependent on length of service.

Duties include:

• Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the site
• Carrying out routine H&S and compliance checks
• Working as part of a team
• Minor repairs and general maintenance and cleaning
• Acting as a key holder to lock and unlock the building
• Supervision of contractors on site
• Attending training course including H&S awareness
