Key Responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day running of the practice
• Assist with leading and motivating the team
• Deliver excellent customer service and patient care
• Work towards store and company performance targets
• Support business growth and branch profitability
• Maintain high operational and clinical standards
• Provide training and ongoing support to colleagues
• Stay up to date with optical and hearing care developments
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture

Candidate Requirements

• Previous optical experience essential
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercially aware with good organisational skills
• Confident, approachable and hands‑on management style
• Able to perform effectively within a busy retail environment
• Keen to learn, develop and progress within the optical industry
