Clinical Support Worker – Greville Ward

Job Summary

Greville ward is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised Clinical Support Workers (CSW) to join a trauma Orthopaedic ward. Three full‑time vacancies are available.

Shift Pattern

Work includes a variety of shifts: long days, early/late, and night shifts.

Training and Support

You will receive excellent training and support. A new starter will be assigned to an experienced CSW who will buddy up with and mentor you as you learn about patient care and ward routines. Support is also provided to complete your Care Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, caring and compassionate personal care to patients.
• Perform associated duties under the direction and supervision of a registered professional.
• Work as part of the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients and their relatives.
