We have an opportunity for a Plasterer Multi Trade to join a responsive maintenance contract with a social housing provider based in Brent. The primary focus of this role is to undertake tasks aimed at achieving first time fixes while delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service for the client at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking patch and larger plastering works, decorating and other associated maintenance tasks.
• Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• City & Guilds/ NVQ in Plastering OR Plasterer CSCS Card (essential)
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
• Basic Criminal Record Check
