The Job:
Build sub-assemblies from component level following schematics.
Work to tight tolerances (-10 microns).
Work on complex machine builds.
Maintenance of refurb of heavy machinery.
Working experience of hydraulics and pneumatics would be an advantage.
Confident with bearings, gears, and machine alignment.
About you:
Mechanical trained with the ability to build a component from start to finish.
Experience of multi-axis precision machinery would be an advantage.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
Confidence and the ability to work in a precision engineering environment and the ability to work on bespoke and one-off items.
Good all-round mechanical fitter with a confident understanding of precision fitting.
