Job status: Permanent/Full-time office-based role

Working hours: 8:30-16:30

JapaneseSpeakingLogisticOfficer&SalesAdmin-Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate logistics operations
  • Issue invoices and related documents
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, transport companies, warehouses, factories, and customers via email and telephone
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations
  • Assist with a wider range of tasks beyond core responsibilities as part of a small team

JapaneseSpeakingLogisticOfficer&SalesAdmin-Requirements

  • Experience working for a freight forwarder company is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export administration
  • Advanced Excel skills (including the ability to use IF functions)
  • Native-level Japanese and advanced English proficiency
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
