Do you enjoy sports, fitness, and helping others thrive? We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Personal Assistant to support a young adult with autism to get involved in community activities and hobbies.
This isn’t your typical care role – it’s about being a companion, motivator, and activity partner. From football chats to gym sessions, running, and tennis, you’ll be helping build confidence, independence, and enjoyment.
What you’ll do:
- Support access to sports and leisure activities
- Provide transport and join in the fun
- Build confidence and encourage independence
- Offer friendly companionship and conversation
About you:
- Active, positive, and enjoys sports
- Patient, friendly, and has a good sense of humour
- Confident communicator who can build rapport
- Driver with own car (business insurance required)
Additional information:
- No personal care involved
- Flexible hours (some occasional weekends)
- Employed or self‑employed options available (self‑employed rate to be discussed on application)
