About the Client
An established mid-sized Financial Services firm with a global presence, located in the heart of the City, is looking for a dedicated and hard-working receptionist to join their team. The firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment and encourages long-term career progression.
Responsibilities
Front of house management
- Meeting and greeting all guests, directing incoming calls
- Managing company meetings including schedules and ensuring all are kept up to standard
- Supporting the Office Manager with ad-hoc Facilities Management duties
Office administration and support
- Keeping office kitchen stocked and ordering supplies
- Distribute incoming mail and liaising with couriers
- Processing invoices and liaising with finance team
- Ad-hoc overflow duties from the EA team including travel arrangements and booking restaurants
- Opportunities to get involved in additional Team Assistant duties to wider team in the longer term
- Opportunities to get involved with the social committee
- Ad-hoc projects and administration
Candidate Specification
- Prior experience in a client-facing Receptionist role
- Prior experience of office administration and business support
- Well-presented and highly professional manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Muck-in, flexible and ‘no job too big or small’ attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Additional Information
- Salary up to £45K depending on experience
- Start TBC, permanent position
- This is a fully office-based position, non-negotiable. Please only apply if you’re able to be in the office 5 days a week.

- Hours are 8am – 6pm
