Overview
We seek an experienced Structural Revit Technician to support cement and timber structure design within a progressive, well‑established property consultancy. The role involves working across a range of large building projects, including steel, reinforced concrete, defence, industrial, residential and public sector schemes.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Revit Technician in the Civil & Structural Division with delivery of RIBA Stage 1 & 2 projects.
- Create, update and maintain highly detailed Revit models for building structures.
- Collaborate with architects, MEP, surveying and sustainability teams to ensure integrated BIM workflows.
- Support project teams on design intent, constructability and quality assurance matters.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of BIM standards and code requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building structures Revit.
- Strong understanding of structural design and building regulations.
- Proficiency in Revit and associated BIM tools.
- British passport required for security clearance.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
