Description

As a Paralegal (6 month FTC) you will be joining the client’s risk team and your duties will include:

• Provide administrative and support.
• Draft, review, and manage documents and correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation of cases and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct legal research and provide summaries to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with external counsel and other departments as required.
• Maintain and organise legal files, ensuring accessibility and compliance with policies.
• Support the team with compliance-related tasks and regulatory filings.
• Provide general administrative support to the department, including scheduling and meeting coordination.

Profile

A successful Paralegal (6 month FTC) should have:

• A recognised qualification or relevant academic background.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the Professional Services industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in research and document management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
