Job Search Place Limited is seeking a Lettings Property Manager in Preston, offering up to £28k basic plus commission. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Lettings Property Management and a solid understanding of lettings legislation, fulfilling a variety of tasks including managing a portfolio of approximately 100 properties and conducting viewings.
The position involves communication with landlords and tenants, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and providing excellent customer service. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm with alternate Saturdays.
