Production / Installation Worker

Location: Enstone (own transport required – rural location)

Contract: Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Pay: £12.75-£14.00 per hour (temp) | £26k to £30k per annum (perm)

This is a busy, hands‑on role within a production and warehouse environment, with the opportunity to become permanent.

Duties

• Picking, packing and wrapping products
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Goods in / goods out
• Operating machinery and production equipment (training provided where required)
• Supporting the production facility with general duties
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping, organisation and tidiness at all times
• Working off‑site with the installation team (training provided)

Installation Work & Bonuses

Installation work required 1‑3 days once or twice per month. UK‑based initially, with potential worldwide travel once permanent.

£50 per day working away bonus

£25 per day subsistence

Overtime available.

Candidate Requirements

• Physically fit (heavy lifting involved)
• Fork Lift Truck (FLT) licence is desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
• Strong team player, reliable and hard‑working
• Willingness to learn with a positive, friendly attitude
• Good time‑keeping, flexibility and attention to detail
• Customer service experience desirable
