Customer Service Assistant (Part Time) – Forecourt, Shop, Retail & Food. Experience preferred but training will be provided.
Positions: Full Time, Part Time, Weekend, Day, Night. Competitive wages. Must be over 18 years of age. Immediate start for the right candidate. Flexibility required: day, night, evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to: cash handling, till system operation, serving customers, upselling, cooking, baking, receiving & checking deliveries, stocking, general cleaning and day‑to‑day business needs.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will complete daily safety walks & checks, ensure the forecourt is safe and consumables are available for customers, and maintain safe operation of the business.
Responsibilities include: putting customers first with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere; working as a team to maximise sales and deliver a great customer experience; greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride; building rapport with customers so they leave with great service; serving on till and ensuring an easy, seamless and personalised experience; handling products with care to maintain quality; following company policies and health & safety guidelines; being knowledgeable about hot & chilled food products and services; replenishing stock during shifts; accepting deliveries into the store when required; working well within a team and communicating effectively; creating a team spirit and celebrating success; time keeping and being on time for shifts, arriving well presented.
Qualifications
Must be over 18 years of age.
