About the Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, you will support people in following their level of independence and living their best lives. Your day‑to‑day will include keeping accurate records, helping with personal care or medication, and occasionally covering sleep‑in shifts, for which you earn an extra £60 per session.
Shift Pattern
- Day: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Sleepover
- Day: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Support Type
- 1:1 basis
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping the person’s home tidy and comfortable
- Cooking together and planning meals
- Heading out for shopping trips
- Going along to medical appointments
- Helping with diabetes care (training provided)
- Encouraging local activities and social connections
