Grounds Maintenance Operative

Prism 7 are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a busy and growing team based in Rochford, Essex.

This is a hands‑on, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating powered leaf blowers and grounds maintenance equipment.
• Using tools such as strimmers, hoes, rakes, and other gardening equipment when required.
• Carrying out general grounds maintenance duties across various sites.
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and company standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, gardening, or outdoor work preferred.
• Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Full UK driving licence essential – while regular driving is unlikely, flexibility to drive company vehicles if needed is required.
