About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive People Team Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract starting Monday 3rd August 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while bringing a creative touch to their work.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the People Team, and on occasions the wider directorate, across a range of administrative and recruitment activities, helping to deliver a seamless employee experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing efficient administrative support to the People Team, and monitoring and maintaining systems such as the employee database, purchase order and specialist data bases
  • Coordinating recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communication, helping to create engaging recruitment content, including videos
  • Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
  • Assisting with internal communications and People initiatives
  • Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environmentSupporting meetings by taking minutes
  • Booking training and liaising with training providers

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and efficient, with excellent attention to detail
  • A strong multitasker, able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Creative, with a flair for developing engaging content
  • Experience in Canva would be an advantage
  • Confident using systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about delivering a positive employee experience
  • Previous experience in a HR or administrative role
