Residential Property Manager – Enfield, Company Car

Spicerhaart in Enfield is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a large portfolio of residential rental properties. You will manage everything from maintenance coordination and property inspections to ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing excellent service for landlords and tenants.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence, at least 1 year of previous property management experience, and outstanding customer service skills. This role offers a basic salary from £24,000 to £31,500, with potential earnings up to £36,500 OTE.
