Wylesfield Care Home, Shaw Healthcare, Lant Ave, Llandrindod Wells LD1 5EH.

Salary: £13.67 per hour; Hours: 21 per week; Shift times: 06:45 – 14:15, 07:45 – 15:15, 14:45 – 22:15.

Wylesfield is a purpose-built care home designed for individuals living with Dementia. The home offers a homely, comfortable environment with spacious single rooms, all en-suite.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care following the individual’s care plan.
• Offer personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day-to-day duties.
• Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment.
• No experience required.
