General Hotel Services Assistant.
Monday to Friday 14:15 until 19:00
The successful post holder(s) will provide a cleaning and catering service to our Service Users, Staff and Visitors across our Wards and Departments.
You will be working as part of an established Team who provide a full Hotel Services function across the Hospital.
Right to Work in the UK this position is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application, as the organisation is unable to support sponsorship for this post.
Main duties of the job
Cleaning – Cleaning all areas of the Hospital, including bedrooms with en-suite facilities, bathrooms, day rooms, lounges, corridors, offices and other areas of the Ward.
Catering – The preparation and service of lunch and evening meals items, the handling, reheating, and service of cook-freeze meals. Making light snacks including salads, sandwiches and beverages. Washing up and associated cleaning within the Ward kitchen and dining room.
Other duties – Handling and disposal of waste, periodic cleaning, such as carpet shampooing and curtain changing.
