About the Role
- Support pupils with Learning and Additional Needs, including speech and language difficulties, autism, physical or medical needs.
- Work 1:1 and in small groups within mainstream classrooms.
- Collaborate closely with class teachers and the wider school team to enhance learning outcomes.
- Help children develop confidence, independence, and resilience in their education journey.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Graduates and non-graduates are welcome.
- Caring, compassionate, and patient personality essential.
- Eligible to work in the UK with a valid National Insurance number.
- Able to provide recent and relevant references.
