ICT Support Assistant — Hands-On Helpdesk

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic ICT Support Assistant for a 6-month fixed-term position. The role involves installing end-user hardware and software, maintaining Microsoft Active Directory, updating documentation, and providing helpdesk support.

Ideal candidates have excellent knowledge of PC hardware, Windows platforms, and MS Office, along with strong communication and organisational skills. Previous helpdesk experience is desirable.
