Digital Publishing and Resource Assistant

The Digital Publishing and Resource Assistant role reports directly to the Digital Publishing and Resource Manager within the CJBS Digital team at Cambridge Judge Business School and Judge Business School Executive Education Ltd (JBSEEL). The Publishing team ensures that all content created for teaching and learning meets the highest standards of quality, accessibility and compliance. This team collaborates closely with staff and project leads to support CJBS and JBSEEL’s strategic aims to deliver world‑class digital education across all programmes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with virtual learning environments, digital platforms and/or content management systems.
  • Experience engaging with different types of media on multiple devices.
  • Experience of content migration and data entry.
  • Ability to focus close attention on details and follow structured workflows to ensure accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams and explain technical or administrative processes clearly and professionally.
  • Experience in administrative support roles with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced service environment.
  • Ability to triage and troubleshoot multiple issues simultaneously and evaluate when to elevate to DPRM.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of processes in both their own work and in the provision of educational materials.
  • Degree‑level qualification in a relevant field such as Digital Media, Library and Information Science, Information Management, Digital Media, Publishing and Educational Technology is desirable.
